When will I receive my order?
Batch 1 is scheduled to ship starting August 13th, 2026. Because every pair is handmade to order by our tailors in Jordan, we're producing in small batches rather than holding mass inventory — this is what lets us guarantee the fit.

Am I charged now, or when my order ships?
You're charged at checkout when you pre-book. This upfront commitment is what allows us to produce exactly the right quantities per size, in small batches, with no overproduction or waste.

How do I know which size to order?
Check our Size Guide for height, waist, and inseam measurements per size (S1–S4). Our sizing is built specifically for women 170cm–190cm — not standard sizing with extra length added. 

What if my pants don't fit when they arrive?
Reach out to us within 1 day of delivery and we'll help you exchange for a different size, based on availability. 

Can I cancel or change my order after pre-booking?
Contact us as soon as possible in order for us to sell the pants to the next person in our waiting list. 

Do you ship outside Amman / outside Jordan?
Free delivery is currently available anywhere in Amman. International shipping isn't available yet, but we're working on it. Follow us on Instagram for updates.

What is the fabric, and how do I care for it?
Our pants are made from 100% pure linen. Your first professional dry clean is on us — after that, we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand wash in cold water to preserve the fabric's shape and softness.

I'm exactly 170cm or 190cm — will these fit me?
Yes — our size range is designed to cover 170cm to 190cm inclusively. If you're right at the edge of that range, we recommend checking the detailed measurements in our Size Guide or messaging us directly to confirm fit.
